my room was clean. the shower worked well. i also found parking available right out front. breakfast was decent and the staff were consistently friendly. it.
I noticed a lack of clear signage for the emergency escape route. This concerned me. i did not see any fire extinguishers on the stairs. the external fire escape looked rusty.

The owner was kind. Breakfast included fresh bread and coffee. I had a good start to my day. The room was neat. The shower had good water pressure. It did take time to heat up. The room was warm. Bed sheets felt cozy.

michael and maureen are such friendly hosts! they show genuine interest in everyone. i really enjoyed poached eggs every morning, breakfast was delicious. the location is really great for ucc business, very convenient.
my room key also opened the front door, so all keys open all doors, it did feel a little unsafe

kind gesturecomfortable bedwonderful gardens
I loved how the staff were very good too ensure i had breakfast before my early departure. It was such a sweetheart gesture. the bed was wonderfully comfortable. it really allowed for a rejuvenating sleep. the wonderful gardens are definitely one of a kind.
I have NOTHING to complain about. My stay was MAGICAL.

not the worst, but not great either

short curtaindated carpet
okay, so the room was not horrible. i mean, the bathroom was really a letdown. the shower curtain was too short, so the floor got soaked. also, the carpet looked liked it hadn't been updated since, like, the '80s. yuk.
